The Chalhoub Group wanted their new luxury retail experience store Tryano to stand out from the other stores in Yas Mall, Abu Dhabi.
With a scheme using elements from classic garden design they asked us to create an engaging digital experience that would compliment their beauty, accessories and children’s clothing offer, whilst attracting and delighting their customers.
We created a “Living Trellis”, a digital doorway for the large fronted store. Flowers grow through in-set screens and seamlessly blend with the mirrored glass structure. Each growth pattern is dynamically generated, over time the colours and forms change so no two flowers are the same. Creating an experience that is luxurious and unique.
For the beauty department we created the “Fountain of Youth.” Customers are attracted by the constant flow of lights animating through the ring of mirrored LED columns. As they approach, their silhouette is captured by a series of cameras. Visitor’s then interact with the fountain as lights reflect their movements and gestures.
