Final Year Exhibition – London College of Fashion

For the first time all of LCF’s undergraduate shows were displayed in one exhibition. We were asked to create a visual identity and exhibition design concept that would unite the different schools in the college under one banner.

We designed a multi-faceted shape that split off into fragmented parts to represent each individual school. Using these shapes we created a set of display furniture, a wayfinding system and a hanging light sculpture to give the space and display systems a sense of presence.

The light sculpture was designed so that, when viewed from a certain angle, the many parts came together to reveal the original whole shape. Taking over the main corridor, this presented the show identity as a bold backdrop for social media photos.
