To launch their rebrand John Lewis & Partners wanted to create an interactive that directly engaged the customer.
We created a large scale video installation that used patterns from the rebrand to create an immersive and interactive texture for visitors to play with.
As visitors approach the wall, their silhouette is revealed in the brand patterns using motion tracking cameras. As they wave their arms and move about the space the textures change and shimmer. Each of the brand patterns had a specially composed soundtrack which was triggered in time with the changing projections.
